Jenner Fox sings "Hooray for Hetch Hetchy" in the forest near his home in Sisters, Oregon. Check it out on our website or on Youtube.

For the past several years, Restore Hetch Hetchy has held an Annual Dinner in the spring to celebrate our campaign. It's been a wonderful opportunity to socialize and reinforce our commitment to undoing the greatest damage that has ever beset any of our national parks.

This year's dinner, cancelled due to the Coronavirus, would have featured Stanford historian David M. Kennedy, and singer-songwriter-storyteller Jenner Fox.

We hope both will be available for a future event. David M. Kennedy's books are available online, including the Pulitzer Prize-winning "Freedom From Fear" (an outstanding book about tough times in the United States).

Jenner's beautiful music is available on his website, and on music streaming services as well.

Both David and Jenner provide sorely needed inspiration during these challenging times. David's "Freedom from Fear" transcends the American experiences during the Great Depression and World War II, from which we emerged with well-deserved vigor and optimism.

And Jenner's music takes us into the magical natural world that lies beyond our cities - a world that is temporarily out of reach but will indulge our spirits once again.

Hang in there. We will see better times ahead.
