Our Fall 2017 Newsletter is available. It has been delivered to mail boxes and is also posted online.
The newsletter includes a special three-page restoration panorama. Some people prefer to read it online and save paper, but it may be hard to appreciate the panorama on your screen. If you'd like a paper copy but have not received one, email Spreck or Julene and we will send it to you.
Restore Hetch Hetchy board member Mark Cederborg, Principal at Hanford ARC, provided estimates of the locations and sizes of various habitat types that we can expect in a restored valley. Note that Hetch Hetchy's Tuolumne River is larger than Yosemite Valley's Merced River, so the riparian corridor and meadows will occupy a greater portion of the landscape.
